Aprobación de Control para Usuarios que no pertenezcan a la división. (GCA)Todos aquellos usuarios que deseen controlar en ES y que no pertenezcan a la división, deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
1.- Cumplir con las siguientes restricciones de rango mínimo para las posiciones protegidas por FRA:
TWR/GND/DEL: ADC
DEP/APP: APC
CTR: ACC
2.- Dominar el idioma Español y proporcionar servicio en Español e Inglés.
3.- Conocer los procedimientos normalizados generales de control de la división y aplicarlos.
4.- Conocer los procedimientos locales publicados en AENA y en esta web acerca de las posiciones a controlar, así como las cartas de acuerdo vigentas, y aplicarlos.
5.- Aquellos usuarios que hayan pertenecido a la división Española y hayan cambiado de división, deberán esperar 12 meses hasta poder optar al GCA en la división ES tras la fecha de cambio de división. *
6.- El comportamiento del usuarios así como el respeto a otros usuarios, debe estar de acuerdo con IVAO R&R y el espíritu de la división.
7.- Una vez obtenido el GCA y a partir de dicha fecha, al menos la mitad de las horas ATC deberán ser realizadas en la división del usuario, siendo el GCA en caso contrario denegado. **
Para verificar que usted cumple con estos requisitos, contacte con el
Departamento de Formación para acordar una verificación de competencia (consistente en la observación de una sesión normal de control) y obtener el GCA para controlar en España. Una vez pase exitosamente la prueba, el GCA aparecerá en su perfil, lo que no le eximirá de cumplir con las restricciones de control (FRA) de la división. Le recordamos, que el GCA le puede ser denegado en cualquier momento que lo estime oportuno la dirección de la división si cualquiera de los requisitos anteriores ya no se cumple.
*El punto 5 no se aplica a usuarios cuyo GCA se anterior al 3 de Noviembre del 2011.
** Las horas se contabilizarán a partir del 3 de Noviembre del 2011, no antes.
Guest Controller Approval. (GCA)Any user who wants to control a FRA restricted position in the ES Division has to apply for an approval.
For an approval the following requirements apply:
1.-Comply with the following restrictions of minimun rating for the positions protected by FRA:
TWR/GND/DEL: ADC
DEP/APP: APC
CTR: ACC
2.-Know Spanish Language and provide service both Spanish and English
3.-The user must have knowledge of the general procedures applied in the Division and use them.
4.-The user must have knowledge of the local procedures published in AENA and in this website, as well as the prevailing LOA's, and comply with them.
5.-Those users that have pertained to the Spanish Division and have recently changed to another division, should wait 12 months untill they can request a GCA in the ES Division.*
6.-The behavior of the user, especially in respect to other users, must be in accordance with IVAO and Division spirits.
7.-Once obtained the GCA and from that day on, at least, half of the ATC logged hours must be done in the user's division, being the GCA denied if this is not complied.
For checking that you meet all these requirementes, contact ES Training department for arranging an skill test (which consists of a normal control session being observed) and obtein the GCA for controlling in Spain. Once you pass succesfully the test, the GCA will be shown in your profile, however, he member has to adhere to the division FRA's. We remind you that the GCA can be withdrawn at any time by Division HQ if the requirements are not met any more.
*Point number 5 is not applied to GCA holders before 3rd November 2011.
